14-day returns
You may return an item within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Items that cannot be returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened beauty, skincare, and personal-care products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or faulty.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
